We have built a reputation of high quality customer service for going out of our way to make sure our customers are completely satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. We will honour exchanges and refunds on all damaged King Playing Cards products up to 14 days from the date you received the goods. This gives you adequate time to open and review your product to ensure it is as it should be. Please notify intentions of return/exchange due to receipt of damaged goods by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will require you to email us several detailed photos of the damage to support your claim so we can solve the issue for you.
Customised goods are exempt from all refunds unless we have clearly made an error.
Before we manufacture your Playing Cards, we send you a proof for approval, once you approve the artwork proof no changes can be made and the custom order/artwork will be deemed as correect so please ensure you check all spelling, colours and design aspects before approving the artwork proof.
